I know we all have feelings of regret.
Whether it’s something acted upon, or said, a decision we made. We often wonder “what if”. What if I had done something different?
What if I hadn’t said that?
What if my decision caused this to happen?
Trust me... the guilt and regret approach does you no good.
Not only has this job taught me to be humble. But the fact that I make decisions on a regular basis, some of which end in bad outcomes, has shown me just how much we LEARN from our decisions in life.
Your choice, is whether or not you are listening to that little voice inside of you. Learning from that past negative experience.
This morning, I regretted going to bed so late. Rose early for a shift at 6am and couldn’t shake the tiredness! Lesson to learn- duh... easy. Get some extra rest tonight 🤪
I also kind of regret the cupcake I had last night 🤷🏻♀️🍰 but it was also wonderful 😍 so we’ll just leave it at that!
What’s the last thing you have felt regret from?
