A LOTTA people have commented on how it’s so out of routine for me to eat away from oats, potatoes, rice, meats & whey.... well to be honest, I don’t give much to ice cream, pizza & gelato, it’s good.. don’t get me wrong! BUT it doesn’t make me form any attachment to the food itself when I eat ‘off plan’....
How I approach trips when in off season = eat enough, enjoy eating, chill the f*cckkk out. It does me good now and again, and if you read this & are like me, it will prob do you some good too once in a while..
If this was Prep...
1. Probably wouldn’t go at all (sad I know).
2. If I did, I’d prep all my food to the gram (sad again, but this is just how I flick the switch when it’s time to get ready for a show.).
Hope this is understandable & helps some people rationalise being a bit more relaxed when away 😎.
