Growing up never playing any sports and not being very active and being very skinny my legs would never grow, even when I started training and eating as much as I can they still don’t grow and it’s been one of my biggest flaws about my body. BUT finally after 4 years of training I’ve finally found ways to grow them... activating my calves and gluteus was one of the biggest things that made change, having every muscle group fully active is huge! Once their activated, the mind to muscle is so much more natural and that’s when the gains really start to come in!👊🏻 Eat LARGE, Train HARD, and Have those muscle group activated and you’ll grow! 💪🏻💪🏻
