First time@I’ve done a decent set of deadlifts since having my third baby (now 20mths) I must say I was proud of me for deadlifting 30kg now let’s see if I can get back up to 80kg hahaha.
Back day has been freaking amazing, love training back 🏋🏽♀️
This intention is so appropriate for me today. I'm on week 3 day 1 with everyone else here but I went on a spiral with my nutrition the past week and a half due to some emotional times.
The important part of this though is that I CAME BACK FROM IT.
I'm right back to eating clean, not starting over, just getting back to it.
That is how I know that this is a lifestyle for me. Not just a "Phase" or a "diet". This is my way of LIVING.
