I wonder if they teach college or high school students about the Kent Sate massacre? A true act of tyranny by the united states government that yielded 4 deaths and a dozen injuries.
Soon after, there was a 4 million student walk-out, nationwide. This was to show solidarity and a form or protest against the government and its foreign and domestic policies.
Have we gone that far in reverse that now students are walking out in protest of the citizenry? To disarm peaceful, hard working Americans so that the same govt can tyrannize us? That's a total 180°. I can't help but to think it was all planned. State funded public schools and colleges, indoctrination through the early years into adulthood, where kids are taught to blindly support police, govt, military and definitely the state. Even with supposedly right wing conservatives this is a noticeable trend: blind fealty to the state's henchmen. This is no good. It means in a couple generations, even conservatives will be regurgitating the same leftist psychobabble we see today. And God knows how far they will have "progressed." Just in my lifetime the govt has shown its proclivity to tyrannize in small waves (and big ones, that's another convo). With Ruby Ridge, Waco, The Bundy ranch, Kent state shootings, police shootings (some justified, I know), disarming blacks, false flag events etc... Despite having a great country, we need to hit the refresh button to keep our own govt in check, rather than the other way around. Despite the big middle finger to the deep state we've seen with the Trump presidency, liberty needs more work. We invited the vampire into the house long ago, but we haven't bled out quite yet.
