A non lethal/intermediate force option is very important. The answer isn’t always the gun. Use the right tool for the right job, or the consequences may end in you losing your life or ending up in prison. Learn the laws around use of force and different force levels. Generally speaking, if you pepper spray somebody who is trying to shoot or stab you, you die. You shoot someone who is punching and kicking you, you are probably gonna go to prison. Learn this shit. But remember it’s literally only a chemical irritant, so it’s not guaranteed to always work due to a small percentage of people being immune to it, under the influence of drugs, etc. So be sure to have a back up plan if it’s not effective, which is unlikely, however make sure you only use GOOD BRANDS to reduce the chance of it being ineffective.
