Swipe left for all the goodness!!! 20 hr fast complete!!! First meal of the day is this great salad that I’m obsessed with these days! I’m back on my fasting game and loving it.
As of today I’m officially down 40lbs. Only 10 more lbs to my weightless goal for the year. I’ve had to fight extremely hard for these results. On Sunday I gained weight and was up 5lbs and as of this morning I’d lost it all plus another pound. So don’t trip with the scale. I had not deviated from my routine at all. So just trust the process and don’t give up.
I’m cross dressing again with adidas shorts and this nike shirt. But I’ll tell you that I’m not a fan at all of shorts and especially short ones. I bought these shorts as motivation. My goal is to build up my hamstrings and quads so that I’m excited to wear shorts for once in my life. That’s a tall order, but we shall see how it goes.
I’m up to working out 6 days a week and running for 60mins 2 of those days. Of course my diet is still keto and loving it.
Thanks to those of you that continue to encourage me along this journey and I hope that all my posts aren’t annoying, but will actually encourage someone to take back control of their life. Food and poor health does not have to define you. You have the ability to change that.
