Day#67. Today fatigue was a problem early in the morning. I had to cover inpatient rounds in the hospital the last two days. Both days were 12+ hours of work. As a health care provider I have to advocate a healthy and active lifestyle to my patients. I believe this starts with me. I have to lead by example. Today I started with 1 hr of fasting cardio followed by another hour of back and arms. I feel tired but just need to eat to feel more energy. If we could just be more active and stop feeding our bodies with garbage; we could most likely end the battle with all these health conditions that are killing people. Let us focus in life longevity!
