As much as I complain about arm day I will say this, I’m actually glad that I plan my workouts ahead of time because it gives me no excuses to avoid exercises that I don’t like and to slack off 💪🏽 Zoning in on that athlete mindset.. always keeping myself accountable.. ..

First volleyball after I sprained my ankle two weeks ago, still feel a little pain and I only can jump 50%
But I feel I rehab much faster than I thought! That’s great! Hopefully I can start dunking last week ✌️
