Bread Idli Recipe
Since so many of you wanted me to share the recipe of the bread idli i thought of sharing it with you all 😊
I am not mentioning the quantity , portions and stuff because I myself don’t know 🙄
2. Boiled and peeled Potatoes
3. Crushed Ginger and green chillies
4. Hung curd
5. Small Rai seeds
6. Salt to taste
7. Red chill powder
8. Garam Masala
Firstly cut your bread slices in round shape with the help of a cookie cutter or small bowls .
Then for the Aloo Masala , take oil in a pan , add the crushed ginger and green chilli paste , add the mashed potatoes, add salt , red chilli powder and some Garam masala and cook it for sometime till the masala is properly cooked .
The for the curd spread , take some oil in a pan , add some Rai seeds when the oil is hot and once it splutters add the oil in the hung curd and add some salt to the curd .
Once everything is done it’s time to assemble the bread idli .
Take one round slice of bread , spread the Aloo Masala on one side of the bread and put in on a Nonstick tawa and add some oil to the sides .
Once it’s on the tawa, spread the hung curd on the other side of the bread .
Once that’s done cover the tawa with a big lid or a Kadhai so that the idlis can steam . It will take chose to 5 mins on low heat .
Once it’s done the bread idli is ready to be enjoyed 😊
I like to have mine with Tomato Ketchup , Green chilli sauce and some Bhujia 😊

The Blueberry & Pomegranate Iced Tea was combined with apple and fresh lime juice which made it a very fruity and tropical drink. 🔸
The Baked Churros were absolutely the right decision to end the meal with. It was that delicious 😋
