If your lower back and shoulders tend to round forward on your squats, here are some things to work on. ☝️lengthen your lats and side body on a bar: bow your body to the side pulling your hip away from your shoulder about 30 sec per side ✌️stretch the hamstrings lying on your back, activate the muscles in the legs by locking it out straight as your pull your leg up towards your chest.
