Current fizeek. BW: no idea! I’ve eaten pizza every day for the past 4 days & I haven’t been weighing myself at all recently. So I guess you could say I’ve been in a spectacular mood 😍. But I’ve also been consistent and killing shit in the gym lately, so that’s worth noting 😚
But all good things must come to an end. Back on track this week after a much needed break 🤗 But I’m ready for structure and consistency - and better energy levels from eating a better diet! Because in all honesty, as fun as eating what I want within reason has been, I can feel the difference! Time to get back to werrrrrrk 👊🏽
Taking a break is ok & totally healthy. At least for me. Life isn’t about the shredzzz or likes/followers. Do what you gotta do & enjoy yourself. This shits too short to miss out on good times with good people and good food/drinks. You can always get back on track with your nutrition if you take a break or “fall off,” but you won’t always have time and experiences with people you love.
