Roasted Cabbage with a Maple Dijon Glaze 🥗🤤
I have been preparing and making veggies differently ever since I started the 2B mindset and I love it!! I sliced up a head of cabbage and made the glaze with garlic, maple syrup, olive oil and Dijon mustard. I think brushed the glaze all over the cabbage and roasted them in the oven for 25 mins. I’ll probably roast them even longer next time but they were delicious and pair great with steak or salmon! What’s a different way to preparing vegetables that you’ve tried recently??
I don’t know when I started saying this but I realized I would tell people about things I’ve done and their eyes would grow wide as they asked “You did that by yourself?” Or “You just did it?” I realized I tend to believe I can do things if I just try. Isn’t that an interesting concept? A little research, a little confidence, a bit of perseverance goes a long way. Granted I’m intelligent but I’m no genius. I’m strong but I have no brut strength. I’m talented but I have no mind boggling talent. I just believe I can so I do. And if I happen to discover that I can’t, I just know there was no harm in trying (usually).
