With the abundance of information out there these days pertaining to what to eat/what not to eat, etc. it can be very confusing to know which “diet” (way of eating) to adopt. Honestly eating is a very personal thing and this one size fits all approach is b.s. ✋🏽 you really need to figure out which foods your body agrees with and which foods it does not. Now generally speaking, mostly people do not tolerate “inflammatory foods” well which is why I always recommend avoiding gluten (avoiding/limiting all other grains), dairy (sheep, goat, and buffalo okay) and foods that are high in sugar ❌ These foods all cause inflammation in the body and over time can disrupt the lining of the gut, contribute to chronic illness, and even interfere with weight loss. Not going to lie giving up ALL grains is a pretty big commitment that I’m not quite ready to make with myself (because pasta and bread are damn good 😋) so I still enjoy some grains every now and then 😎 You don’t have to be perfect people! Just try to be more mindful of what types of foods you are putting into your body! On that note- cheers to this yummy salaaad I had the other day 🥗 Be safe out there and enjoy your Saturday night folks xoxo
I have been to the best bars and worst bars on this planet but last night I was at THE WORST bar!
Reasons why I consider this the worst bar:
1. in order to have their signature cocktails one needs to make online reservation for them😂 but after explaining to the bar tender how our reservation was made to come try their signature cocktails they reluctantly, as if doing us a favour reluctantly agreed to make us 1 signature drink as show here👎
2. Their cocktails tastes like water and one lady said her drink tasted exactly like confinement drink she use to have🤣.
3. When politely told them how bad and tasteless one of their drinks were they replaced it but charged both 🤦♂️
4. With an uncrowned bar, simple cocktails come 30 minutes too late with an excuse they are very busy but I found their waiters were just too busy taking amongst themselves or with regulars.
It’s amusing to know that a bar can be as bad as this. #brianchowhk
I've been here in Melbourne for two years and how I wish I've discovered this place earlier. Anyone from Malaysia will be glad to know that Sarawak kitchen serves authentic noodles with enough pork lard and smokey flavor. Loh Shi fun here is the bomb.
