I'm honestly overwhelmed by the amount of people around me that NEED what I have, but don't know it. .
I listen to people tell me how they’re exhausted😩, not sleeping well😴, needing coffee☕️, energy drinks💥, or soda, being anxious or feeling hopeless😰, craving junk, and feeling run down🤧. Some are getting bad news😢on their lab work 📉💉after their annual doctor😷 visit and being put on even more medications💊...which unfortunately (most of the time) just mask the problem instead of getting to ROOT of the issue.. (Ever been on one med and then put on two more for the 'side effects' of the first one?) 🤦🏼♀️
The problem is that we don't VALUE our health until we become too sick to ignore it any longer. And when you reach this point of no return-- it's scary, overwhelming and expensive! 👄Your body is talking to you. Are you listening?👂🏻Don't wait until it's screaming 😱 for you to pay attention. .
Exhaustion, mood instability, cravings, feeling run down--these are the warning signs to deeper rooted issues.

when i hear so often these days talk about a revolution
i think of how important our words are ...
talking bout a revolution for me means we are seeking change
which undoubtedly we all are
we want things to change
but rather than a revolution - a sudden and often radical movement to sway change to a specific way -
I am curious if what we truly seek is evolution
the ability for us to grow
yes we want things to change but we need growth to accompany that change or it won’t be lasting change .... as we all have come to know about change the kind of change that occurs at someone elses push is rarely lasting the change that comes from our own growth is lasting
and it impacts us on a level that accelerates the movement of that growth ...
we go forward with deeper insight and knowing
we go forward with wisdom
yes i want things to change but it has to be the kind of change that is progressive
one that carries us all not only a few the kind of growth that sees us develop new ways new pathways new mindsets ....
a revolution often takes us back to something
a return to old ways
i want an evolution that takes us forward
to new ways
to new beginnings ..
with all that we are seeking in life - i can’t find it within the old
it has to be found in the new ...

Juice or Smoothie Inspo for the week yes please! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS - serves 2⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 red beetroot quartered⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cups fresh spinach⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 green apples quartered⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 blood oranges peeled⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Place all ingredients through the juicer, serve immediately or give it a good shake before drinking.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Seed and chop the apples. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until nearly smooth. Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve and into a jug. Be sure to really push out all of the juices from the veggie pulp. Sip and Enjoy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This right here is one of my fav dinners🙌🏻 so simple but soooo good! Just some baked salmon seasoned with old bay, zoodles, and @eatbanza chickpea spaghetti with dried basil, dried parsley, Romano cheese, and red pepper flakes 🤤perfect way to end a Sunday! 💛

I'm always amazed to see how many incredible human beings are out there - strong & determined health warriors 💪
Those who do not accept sentences by their "health" professional like:
- 'Sorry there's no cure'
- 'Sorry you're just making it up'
- 'That's how it is and it'll only get worse'
They see them for what they are "sickness" professionals.
They stand up.
They educate themselves.
They empower themselves.
... and ultimately they heal themselves 😊
Because they can!

Lunch today was this beautiful rainbow veggie bowl with roasted and fresh veggies and a simple plant based dressing😍. Though I didn’t feel like whipping up my DSLR camera hubby insisted I shoot this because he thought it was too pretty to eat 🤗. .
Needless to say I was quite pleased with the lighting and minimalist approach compared to how I put things together on @theearthycanvas🙃. My husband is a preventive and family medicine resident and this is his favorite kind of meal. He’s all about whole food plant based and prefers the least amount of manipulation to his food. I’m a bit more adventurous with my plant based cooking, but to be honest this rainbow of nutrients in a bowl was delicious and of course is the epitome of true plant based eating! .
Everything you see here is probiotic promoting components. There’s a lot of insoluable fiber in this bowl which helps to enhance your gut’s health through fermentation processes. Such a win! .

my loveday to myself yesterday yesterday had me walking with bridges ...
strangely there were so many bridges on my walk
not one or two
we are talking a dozen bridges to cross in one way or another and it lead me to thinking about connections (amongst other things) ...
along that walk was also this spiders web it was simply inspiring i am not sure if this picture does its size any justice truly it was HUGE
and it made me see another form of connection the webs we weave to connect ...
why am I going on about this because we are doing the very same thing
all of us connecting finding our way to connect
my JUN is my way of connecting reaching out and touching
uniting bringing us all together
thats essentially what we are doing in our work we are brining people together i hope we all succeed

Breakfast. Who knew that humble watercress would turn out to be a serious superfood? We used to grow this stuff in our classroom when I was six!
Watercress is a cousin of broccoli and it is packed with multiple anti-oxidants and phytonutrients, including beta-carotene and lutein. These substances mop up the damaging free-radicals generated by our normal metabolic processes, counteracting aspects of cellular decay and reducing the DNA damage that can ultimately lead to the formation of cancerous cells.
