Sunday Morning Pamper Me Time 🌟
So I love to wash my hair, cut and clean my nails, get some ☀️ time in, spend time with my doggies 🐶, journal, prep for the week ahead and most importantly take care of my skin, wearing one of my favouriteeeeee masks from @originsmalaysia

Hey insta 👋🏼 almost to the end of my 6 week squat program and it’s been a journey for sure lol. I definitely feel a lot stronger and I really do enjoy the days that I’m working with 80-85% but the really heavy days make me so nervous still to be real haha. But it’s definitely been a fun change to my training program! Today was my last “easy” day of 6x2 at 80% and these went up so easy 👌🏼👌🏼 hoping to see my max increase when I test it again this week. I’m thinking maybe a deadlift program after this because deads were always my favorite! What do you guys prefer? Kungs vs. Cookin On 3 Burners: “This Girl”
That happy feeling of being back at the gym! I have been stuck at home for 8 days because my kids had the flu and then I got it and it lasted nearly 5 days!....Had to make up for lost time and killed upper body day. I am amazed on how much my workouts make my mind and body feel better. I get a little grumpy when I don't that physical release.

I’ve been inconsistent with my eating habits and workout routine these past 2 weeks. Truth is, I just wanted to eat some real good greasy, sugary and salty food and I was weak. What can I say? I grew up in San Antonio lol. Also, I’ve been too lazy to workout... sometimes that just happens. Do I like to work out? Meh, not all the time. Do I like to eat healthy? Most of the time I don’t, but I love the results. Am I disappointed in myself for being weak? Yes, but I’m also human 🙃. Falling off track happens, and it’s happened to me many times. The important thing is that you pick yourself back up and continue to grind! Hope this helps some of you who are way too hard on yourselves for getting off track... it’s happens!
