FOOD 😍 over the past couple of weeks I have been eating super cleanly, and I feel great!!
I am no longer bloated after eating anything, I feel less hungry and I have a lot more energy throughout my day!
Meal prepping is soooo good. I come home after a long day and know I just have to heat up something for two minutes and there’s my meal sorted 🙌🏼 Not to mention the amount of money I’m saving by not eating out allll the time....
"I wanted to share with you about my past and how TGL has transformed me into a better and stronger person not just physically but mentally. The physical changes are a bonus, I’ve realised how my state of mind has held me back previously and this is why... During January 2000, I ended up very sick and rushed to hospital to be placed in intensive care. I was diagnosed with Streptococcal Toxic-Shock Syndrome which is a life-threatening bacterial infection in the blood, it was throughout my body. I was placed in induced coma for two weeks as shown in the photo. My parents were advised that my condition was deteriorating and they would loose within a 24 – 48 hour period, friends and family came to say good-bye.

The most dangerous woman of all is the one that REFUSES to RELY on your sword to save her because carries her own! -r.h Sin
To me the most beautiful thing is a STRONG, CONFIDENT woman that dosn’t need anyone to make her happy! The one that knows what she WANTS in life and goes after it without looking back!
Fitness has been my outlet to build confidence, strength and self esteem! Looking back a few years before I started my fitness journey I was at my lowest point mentally! I questioned everything about myself and felt that I needed someone to make me happy!
Now a few years into my journey, I am now a STRONG person BOTH mentally and physically! I know WHAT I want and I’m going to go after it no matter what!
Reminder: Live the life you WANT and don’t rely on anyone to make you happy! Look fear straight in the eye and give it a wink 😉 Don’t give a F what anyone thinks and if your strength intimidates someone then I hope you know that a weakness of theres! 💗 Happy Valentine’s Day!
