The thing i love most about cuisine from the Northeast of India, is just how balanced their meals are. They use very little oil. Spices are almost nil. They use only seasonal produce, and use fresh herbs to maximize the flavor. While meat dominates the main course, it is usually accompanied by leafy vegetables, rice and a fermented preserve. One of our friends, Pahrii, is a very avid cook. And whenever we get together, he insists on preparing the meal. Always Manipuri style pork. And a veggie loaded broth he calls Boil. It's been a while since we met, and last night I had a sudden craving for it. So I sliced some bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage and carrots. All in lazy chunks. I heated a teaspoon of oil in the wok and threw in four finely chopped garlic. When it browned, I added quartered onions. As they became translucent, I added all my prepped veggies. I stir fried them for a bit and seasoned with salt and pepper. It was time to add the liquid, which is usually plain water. But I had some delicious pork stock and it was just perfect with the veggies. Add just enough liquid to cover the veggies. Lower the flame, cover the wok and cook till the veggies are done. For an added crunch, I topped it with some crispy fried noodles. I had home made multigrain noodles at hand, but you can really use any. And that's it! Dinner was ready and served. And slurped up in no time!
🗓// 29.03.18- The day when I first got the recognition as a #JewelryDesigner. Thanks to @sawansukhainstitute_sig for giving me this opportunity and their annual function- FACET, where all the students design a jewelry piece on a given theme and walks on the ramp with the model wearing the designed jewelry. ❤️ It's been just 2 months since I opted for the masters course by 'Sawansukha Institute of Gemology & Jewellery Design'
@sawansukhainstitute_sig (started by @sawansukhajewellersindia) and I have learned to much already starting from designing to some practical knowledge and there is so much more to learn.
If you are also looking forward to opt a career in jewelry line, you should definitely check out Sawansukha Institute @sawansukhainstitute_sig's masters/diploma courses. I opted for the masters course that's a 11 month course where they teach you designing as in sketching, computer-aided design, diamond grading, differentiating gemstones and jewelry-making. Xx

The struggle to know your skin type is real! 😟 I can totally understand.
Your skin types changes due to various factors like weather, pollution, hormones and many more.
HOW CAN YOU KNOW SKIN TYPE?? 🧐
You can always visit a dermatologist. That’s the best way but..
I also have a solution 💁♀️
#1 At night before going to bed 🛏 wash your face deeply. Don’t use any night cream or any other product on your face and go to sleep 😴.
#2 Next morning, Go to your mirror and feel you skin. Check your forehead, 👃🏻, cheeks and chin.
#3. If it feels oily all over your face and also you can see dull skin then you can have an OILY SKIN type.
#4. If you feel that your T zone (forehead + nose + chin) feels oily and rest of the face is dry then you can have COMBINATION SKIN type. The pore and generally bigger in combination skin.
#5 If you feel dry and slightly flaky and you can see that your skin is dehydrated then you can have DRY SKIN type.
#6 SENSITIVE SKIN type, you have a lot of redness on your face and also your skin is very dry in some area. .
#7 Then we have NORMAL SKIN type which has very rare blemishes or acne. It feels fresh and tight.
I hope that it will help you guys ☺️.
