Am constantly amazed by this inspirational woman 🙌👌✊
I'm so glad I met Gabriela Salva since moving to London. This amazing lady is standing for council in Tower Hamlets. She would be an incredible Councillor who believes in equality and genuine change for the good of everyone, but especially the most vulnerable. Gaby is a local candidate with integrity and vision. Can't wait to see her be the first Labour Councillor to be elected whilst completely covered in glitter and sequins. 🌠🌠🌠🌠😍😘😍😘
#WomEng @marynguy : “I graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree and currently work as a Structural Engineer. Here are some of my tips on maintaining confidence in the field! 💕
1. Realize that everyone you work with, started just like you. It’s easy to compare yourself to others, but know that they’ve been practicing for much longer. You too, will become experienced with time. •
2. Ask questions. People are actually some of the best [and free] resources! I’ve learned so much from my coworkers, just by conversing and showing interest. You’d be surprised by how many people are willing to help and share insights.
3. Embrace your uniqueness. Being a woman in engineering, you already stand out. Don’t dimmer your personality to fit in. Own it!

Imagine if everyone built each other up instead of trying to tear each other down. A little bit of kindness can make a huge difference. I challenge each and everyone of you to one of the challenges listed below:
1: genuinely compliment a stranger 2:Tell someone close to you that you love them
3: Thank someone today who has made a difference in your life
4: Encourage someone and remind them they got whatever challenge they are facing in life #youarewhereyouneedtobe#empowersomeone#randomactsofkindness#kindness
