FYI - I don’t have a spray tan, my first pics were taken in very bright sunlight so I’m a little washed out. I also darkened this overall comparison image a little 👆🏻, to make up for the washed outness of the initial pics. This little explanation is in response to someone who told me I spray tan on my #abs 🙄. The last spray tan I got was when I was on #DOI and the producers used to go ape shit because Id bounce before I had to smell like mouldy biscuits for 2 days 🤮
So after WEEK 1 on #the4weekbodyblitz I had lost just under 1lb, but I don’t take the scales seriously anymore (after many confused mornings), instead I go on pics and or body fat %. I was pleased to see some nice flat lines coming in (you can see the pics below on my page somewhere 👇🏼).
I looked flatter last week than I do now, because my high #carb day was 3 days before the images were taken.
Now after WEEK 2 I have lost more weight, which is uncommon for me these days 🤷🏼♀️, but I look much fuller than last week because my high carb day was only the day before yesterday.
Fuck the #weight loss, and instead look at the lines appearing...that means I have #muscle, which we knew 😂, but it means my body #fat is coming down.
I’m going to try to write something on my blog, fitnessfondue.com , ASAP to talk about what to do when you want to end the blitz WITHOUT gaining everything back. It is simply a process of slowly reversing out of the diet and toning down the exercise, but I will write about this.
