Came up with literally every excuse in the book today why i couldn’t go to the gym, but what did i do... I drove to the gym (fought with myself in the parking lot for like 5 minutes) and then walked my ass in side AND crushed a back / shoulder workout. Ultimately left being proud of myself for getting a workout in. Not sure WHY i am so unmotivated lately, any suggestions on how to get my mind right 🤷🏻♀️🤔 but at least the abarooskis are poppin even when i’m bloated 🙃 ..... also i’m aware my last three pics have been of my abs .... only thing that somewhat makes progress
I'm a DC fan through and through, my Trinity will always be Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. However Avengers Infinity War will be the number 1 movie of the year and yes I am very excited to see this. All the Marvel movies in the last 10 years have been leading to this showdown.

Why the Bulgarian Split Squat should be seen as a Primary move not just an accessory....
For people with lower back pain this can be used as their primary lower body exercise!
WHY? Because it places less stress on the lower back and hips and there is less forward tilt!

2lbs Shredded Chicken Breast
4 cups but I would use like 2-3 Broccoli steamed/cooked
3/4 Cup Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch
1 cup reduced fat mild cheddar cheese (divided)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
3 cloves minced Garlic
Preheat oven to 375
Combined cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, ranch, garlic, 1/2 cheddar cheese, 1/2 mozzarella cheese in a bowl and then pour in greased 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15min.

LET’S TALK ABOUT MOTIVATION.
There’s been a few days now where I’ve woken up with no will to want to go workout. You’d think with the amount of time I spend on the gym and how much I post about it I would be. As of lately I’ve been really busy working two jobs, having somewhat of a social life and coaching others. All that stuff does motivate and drive me but it also tires me out. If I could gain muscle and stay shredded (Brah) by not training 6 times a week I’d do it.
The most amazing thing bodybuilding has taught me is how to be disciplined. No matter what I get in here everyday and kill it. I train even when I don’t want to because I know I have a goal to achieve. I track macros everyday even when I don’t want to because I know it’s what I need to do in order to succeed. How bad do you actually want it? Are you going to talk yourself out of it? Motivation can take you so far. Discipline will get you out of bed and crushing your day.
One of my favorite flavors for one of my favorite bars, @lunabar - a brand by @clifbar. This bar tastes very much like a white chocolate macadamia cookie. Instead it’s a food bar and is a bit harder than a cookie. Bars are great for on the go. My top 3 Luna’s are this one, chocolate dipped coconut, and the salted caramel cashew. But I don’t think I’ve really ever had a bad Luna bar before. Although they removed their “bar for women” label (when did they do that??), they still advocate a lot for equality and support many female athletes and teams, like @ussoccer_wnt
