Working on those pistol squats. I originally started out doing them on a bench. Once the bench became easy, I moved to three boxes. Once those became easy, I moved to two boxes. Now I’m at plates. Next step is to work on straightening my leg (and not rounding my back as much) before I move to the ground. I have the worlds tightest hamstrings, so I need to focus more on stretching and flexibility. Super excited to have come this far with pistol squats! Can’t wait until I no longer need the plates!
