First Milk + Honey workshop in the books! I’m so thankful for the group of ladies who came to bake cakes and listen to me rattle on for hours. We made a vanilla bean cake with spiced peach curd filling and creme fraiche buttercream and a lemon rosemary olive oil cake with lavender earl grey whipped cream. A couple even stayed after and we baked an entire successful batch of matcha macarons together! Some behind-the-scenes shout outs to my husband who helped me clean the apartment and set up, and my mother-in-law for doing all the dishes and cleaning up. I didn’t get any photos beyond these quick bad snaps, but @bhinston came to photograph and I’m excited to see her photos!
