Meditation practice is part of my everyday life. .
Meditation has so many benefits. It can destress you, it can lower your blood pressure, it can get you out of pain, it can help you with your emotions, your growth, it can spark ideas... so many areas that it can help with. .
Try it right now... just be still. For 5 mins just sit and breathe deeply and slowy don't try to force anything just be. .
At first you may feel wierd, you may find it difficult to switch off but that's all part of the journey. Meditation takes practice. But the more you do it and if you commit to just 5 mins per day I guarantee it will have a huge impact on your life. .
