Happy Monday Ambitious people!
Today #FridayFit I answer your question "How many reps should I do?" . Honestly, this question gives me a hint that a person lacks basic foundation knowledge about training. How many reps is not exactly this important how it may seem to you. There is so much more to it. It is important to "feel" the muscle you are training, to "see" it in your head, to feel it trough working deep, at different angles. When you do that, it won't matter much how many exactly reps you do, as long as you feel you really worked that miscle, burned it! The idea is to work this muscle as much as you can, until you can't anymore. Not to just do 12 or 15 reps without feeling much and leaving the gym thinking you accomplished your task for the day.
