How to prevent them?🤔 I only recommend the following tips when you are struggling with stretch marks and want to prevent them. Not every skin is prone to getting stretch marks, so this is not necessary to do when you are not having or getting stretch marks👍 To prevent them from increasing, you might want to reduce the intensity of your workouts in the areas of your body that are affected by stretch marks💪 This will prevent a fast increase in muscle mass and thus prevents your skin being stretched too quickly😊 You can do this by lowering the weights that you are using, and increasing the reps. If you are bulking, or gaining weight in general, you might want to decrease your caloric surplus, so that you do not gain weight as rapidly and (again) your skin is not being stretched as quickly. There is no guarantee that both tips will work, but it is worth a try👌
How to take care of stretch mark you have? Eat a healthy and balanced diet🍏🥑🥗 Foods high in vitamins and minerals can help boost your skins collagen production, which is helpful as collagen is vital for healthy skin. Supplementing your diet with a multivitamin might help you out as well, because keeping your body and skin healthy means that it is more likely to accommodate the growth or stretch instead of developing stretch marks🤗 But again, there is no guarantee that it works. The same holds for drinking water regularly, as this keeps your skin elastic✨
