6 MONTH TRANSFORMATION!!! .
In October I went on a hardcore bulk. I was making a concerted effort to eat as much as I could while trying to keep it relatively clean. I wasn't eating take-aways and junk food such as McDonald's, I was eating high protein, moderate fat and very high carbs! .
I was on a very effective programme and routine to put on as much size as possible! .
Today is the first day of my cut to now strip away all the water I'm holding and fat I put on in the process (which is inevitable anyway) to see how much lean mass I've put on! Very excited! 😁

I started out as a ballerina. For almost three decades this has shaped my life. I went on to be a ballet teacher, a student getting my degree in Dance + Physical Education, a personal trainer, a group fitness instructor. Then I moved to Portland and continued on the path of personal training and group fitness and found my way to a barre studio where I learned and taught. Now I’m the owner of my own (3) barre studio(s) and an instructor at both @industrialbarre and @industrialride. The dream has never changed. I have always loved sharing movement with those around me.
