I was asked to come to my husband’s workplace to speak to some of the women there about Bright Line Eating. One of them has been rocking it already, and the others had a strong interest in starting. Instead of individual coffee dates (which I love doing with people who just wanna chat about BLE), we all gathered in their conference room! It was fun going through my “How to get started” slideshow, as well as meal ideas, tips for success, and before/after photos. My passion sparks like 5000% when I start talking about BLE and how it’s changed my life. I’m excited for all of them and how their lives will change with healthy eating and cutting out the nasty sugar and flour! ❤️•
