The past few weeks has been tough emotionally on me for a few different reasons. While I’ve tried not to let it get the better of me, it’s been hard. One big change in my life has been to get back into CrossFit which has been a massive challenge for me - coming to the realisation I’ve let my health and fitness fall by the wayside and I’m back to square one has been frustrating.
