#tbt we launched our first event @fitcps this week and brought in @jluber31 from @stockx - there was still buzz during this evening’s class about how interesting Tuesday’s event was. Thanks @carlyann_fergus for a great 📷
Clean water is definitely something to smile about! On this #WorldWaterDay we are so proud to have provided over 1300+ people with access to clean water through our incredible community partners in Africa.
We believe each of us doing our small part makes a big difference + we will see a world where lack of clean water is a thing of the past!
PS. These girls are from Chigamane Village where we funded a well repair a few years back. Check out our stories from today to see behind the scenes from another well repair we funded in Mozambique last summer. We also snuck in a special thank-you at the end for you! So don’t miss it 💧🙌🏾
🙏🏼The Sacred NO🙏🏼 #Repost from the beautiful and inspiring @lunaeamysticarts
For so many of us, we still hold onto that fear of saying “no”. We fear being seen as “unreasonable”, “bitchy”, “unappreciative”, or “hard to please”. Especially as womyn. I cannot count how many people, things, situations, etc. I’ve been saying “no” to in the past 6 months, purely because it does not FEEL right for my energy and love to be giving to. I admittedly have not been the best as discernment. I have this habit of compromising myself in hopes that others will honor me as I do them. I set myself up for expectations, then wonder why I wasn’t honored. I realize it was because I was not honoring myself FIRST. So many layers I’m peeling back yet again, as I align my sacred no’s... and invoke the vibrations of my sacred yes’.
