I have started to slowly work on my backbends. One of the most important things that I have learned in yoga is to progressively work on your backbends so you don’t suffer from lower back pains. Even more for people with banana shaped spines like mine...😝 Another thing about this posture is that, even just after two hits I almost managed to reach my leg to the floor. So the reason I picked this one s because my body and soul were more aware in the pose!
Always listen to your body and don’t underestimate the postures of yoga. It’s very easy to get injured...
