After what seems like years, I started a new book today.
It had been a while since I've read a complete book and getting myself to stick to reading had been proving to be difficult. I'd start with amazing books on my to-read list but never end up going beyond. So I started searching for books to help me ease myself back into my reading habit. A couple articles later, I ended up with the name of this book which I realized I had wanted to read ever since I read about its premise - the story of #mahabharata, one of the two ancient #sanskrit epics of India, told through the eyes of #Draupadi, an Indian princess and later queen in a patriarchal world, a woman who was one of the central characters of the story yet never fully explored in the book or the numerous television and movie adaptations of the same.
And so, I've started reading this book that's got me hung on it ever since I started reading a few hours back. And within the first few pages turns out this gem! Looks like this is going to be The Book that gets me back into reading.
