🤘ABSOLUTELY NO. Until or unless you have any intention of competing or want to become fitness model.
😑WHY? bcz no on gives a fuck.. secondly to get to this conditioning and maintain it, it takes a lot.
🔫Sacrifices: no social life, you can't eat tasty food, low energy levels, you have to give up your fav foods, Starving 24/7 for food, secondly deficiencies can develop due to low food intake, lastly hormones gets fucked up. The only Pros of being shredded is that you look good naked, more muscular and more vascular.
⭕Max Lifts during that time: bench press 70 kg
Squat: 90 kg
Deadlift: 100 kg
Dumbell presses: 20kg
Overhead press: 20kg dumbells & 50kg barbell.
Leg press: don't remember. ( I think it was around 180kg)

✔️Body fat: (didn't measure, way above 10%)
Hell yes. 💪HOW?
💪High energy levels, you look good with clothes on, you can enjoy your fav foods with your friends, no need to starve yourself to maintain this, you can enjoy your social life, optimal hormone secretion conditions, you get fucking stronger( BEAST) And lastly you can maintain this for as long as you can without and is highly sustainable. Only cons of being lean is you don't get to see your six-pack abs. But who gives a fuck about six-pack abs when it comes with a whole lot of other benefits.
⭕Lifts 2018: squat:140 for 1Rm
Deadlifts: 150 for 1RM conventional
Bench press 100kg for 2 reps
Dumbell press: 40kg for 2reps
Overhead press: 70 kg for 3 reps
Dumbell overhead press: 35 kg for 4-5 reps
Leg press: 300 kg max.
As we get older, many of us find ourselves with only a couple, or less, goods friends who will stand by us. I have the distinct pleasure of having a large, and growing, group of people who's friendship brings me love and joy. Every meet is family time. I couldn't consider myself any luckier to stand among such fine people.
