Fixing my uneven stance is my new objective. PR set of 8 with 441 lbs/200 kg. It's hard to stop the progress when my squat feels the strongest it ever has. This is for the long run. Back to volume, this time perfect positioning while increasing work capacity slowly. I'm just getting started. #rebuild

So after dialing in my squats I proceeded to have a grinder bench session. 😢 #povertybench This is 270,280, and 290. All with more difficulty than normal. I misgrooved them all.... lol can't win them all. I am glad for three full days off before the meet now.
4 7 5 for this shorty in a room full of giants. 10lb PR from last week and still less than what @therealheathorr and @briancurtis3480 can bench press!
Attempted 480 but that’ll have to wait til next week.
