I'm being completely honest, after being sick for two weeks, I've only been to the gym once last week 💁🏼♀️ finding it very hard to get back on track, and this week my friend is coming to visit me and next week I'm going away, so I wont be able to go a lot. But if you see from a long term perspective it doesn't stress me that much 🤷🏼♀️
Become obsessed with taking care of yourself. It’s amazing how much even just little steps forward can improve your whole outlook on life. It becomes addictive once you start, and the hardest part of it all is starting. A little bit of progress each day is what it’s all about gems❤️👑

After initially starting on the landmine press, as well as using exercises such as band pull aparts, face pulls to strengthen the upper back and help add mobility to the shoulder. Sadie has now managed to take her arms directly above her head.
We used the landmine press as a starting block, before we reached sufficient strength and mobility. Super proud of this achievement by Sadie, it’s the little things that add to the overall success 💪DC
