Why proper guidance and knowledge is necessary in fitness? Read.. I started my #fitnessjourney in 2010 without any knowledge of #diet and #workouts
I lost more than 50 kg by running on streets and eating homemade food for 2 years. I never did weight training or any type of #exercises I ate all those kind of food like fruits, boiled veggies and pulses what people think of eating when trying to lose weight. I used to think chicken, eggs, meat and mostly all kind of such food would make me fat which were actually rich in protien and good for #weightloss
As a result, I had loose skin all over my body and no definition.
Even after joining #gym in 2012, I continued same routine even though guided by gym instructors to start weight training which I used to do for few days and then back to cardio seeing increase in my weight.
2016 – I started reading about diets and workouts mostly @bodybuildingcom and joined @vnfirstfitt gym where I started with my first weight training program of @krisgethin 12 weeks trainer from #bodybuildingcom diet was not proper but I made sure to eat #protein food
I saw lot of changes in my body after which made me more #passionate towards fitness. It also made me realise how important it is to get proper #education and #guidance in #fitnessworld
In June 2017, I came across the #inspiring story of Sir Pasquale Brocco @possiblepat at #bodybuildingcom and it made me #motivated to undergo loose skin surgery. Next 2 months I was on complete recovery.
I wanted some #motivation to again get back into fitness. So my friend asked me to take part in TC 4.0 of @squats_wellness which was then followed by #250kchallenge of #bodybuildingcom
My diet included very simple food. I ate grilled chicken, eggs, brown rice, sweet potato, cheese cubes, oats, museli, whey, protein bars, 200 grams of spinach, 4 to 6 litres of water, black coffee and sleep for 8 to 9 hours.
I took 2nd place in TC 4.0 #competition and now I'm making efforts to keep getting better by getting education in #fitness and doing #certification in #nutrition
