Been wanting to pick up 1.5 & 2.5 REmix for a while now, so using GCU worked out perfectly when it was on sale.
I fell in love with this series in 2002 when I saw an ad of it in a gaming competition show. I was super into FF at the time so this concept blew my mind and I knew I would love it the moment I got my hands on it.
Back then, (now 2003ish) barely anybody had a PS2, much less games that were super expensive for us, so I would end up borrowing my friend's console at times and rent this game over the weekend from an A/V store that operated at the time (and also an hour on foot away I'd have to walk to get it). To make things worse, I didn't have a memory card, so each time I'd rent it, I'd have to start over and keep the console on during the weekend. I must've replayed KH1 first 7-8 hours at least 30 or so times.
Fast forward 2 years, and I had managed to save up enough (with my mom's help) to buy a chipped PS2 and a pirate copy of KH1, along with FFX.
I must've played this for a couple of days straight. It was so satisfying to actually play and beat this game on my own terms. Thoroughly loved it, and still do to this day.
As much as I love a good video game I NEVER play lol. Seriously havent cracked open like 98% of these at all lol. Even when I have "free time" I feel like I don't have free time and work on what's going to retire my ass (not even talkin about music). Every once in a blue moon tho me, or me and my brother will pick up the sticks. Its hela funny tho, the rare occasions me and my brother got to play we played these -->😂😂😂😂 YOU DONT WANT TO SEE ME IN NO TIGER WOODS GOLF!!! Lmao
Oh you might ask "why own them if you aint gona play?" Im setting my future seeds up with a hard collection lol also when I finally get that chance to let myself sit and just play... I'll be financially where i want to be. It's an incentive that forces me to be on my shit as stupid as it might sound to you.
As mentioned in my previous post, I promised to talk about another great DLC that released this week! Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis! Oh man, where do I even start? This DLC was great from start to finish. Although it wasn’t very long, I think I completed it in around an hour, it still managed to get me right in the feels! Of course all throughout the Storyline of the game you are able to see that the loyalty of Prince Noctis’ friends, Gladio, Ignis and Prompto never fall short of the draw. But in this DLC it really shows how far Ignis is willing to go to insure Noctis’ safety. The gameplay was a lot of fun, with new features like a grappling hook and an all new fighting style there is plenty to look forward to in that aspect. The DLC takes place during a very crucial part of the Main Story, around the middle of the game, during probably the saddest part of the game, or possibly one of the saddest parts of the Final Fantasy Franchise in general! It also shows a new take on Ravus’ story and explains a few things with him. Not going to spoil anything. Every time I play this game I feel right at home, I suddenly remember each time why this title remains one of my favorites of all time! I highly recommend playing this game, and this DLC! The beginning of the DLC and the very end after the credits will really play with your emotions but man, it’s so worth it!
I'm sorry I haven't hit good shots lately but I'm back I finely hit this shot yesterday (I hope you guys like it) "it's better then that last one" ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
