I’m certain that everyone is familiar with this historic guarded marker so there’s really no reason to elaborate on what it is, at all. Far be it from me to drone on about needless information, i say. Right. #savannah#walkabout
DAYUM today kicked my A S S. Ever just have one of those days where one thing after another goes wrong? Yeah, that was me today.😓 I overslept, my coffee order was messed up, and I missed yoga which really stressed me out... I haven’t been to a class in over a week and I’m feeling lost without it. But after a few days spent wallowing in self pity, and things coming to a head today, I pulled myself back up, took some time to meditate🧘♀️ and wrote a grocery list for this upcoming week.🥦🍅🥑💁♀️ It’s hard to be positive when things seem shitty, but a negative attitude will just attract negative energy. I was definitely reminded of this the past week. Positive energy brings light and positivity.✨🙌
Savannah. flying monk noodle bar. They have outdoor seating (we travel with our pug) lots of vegan options we had edamame dumplings to start and the Buddha noodle (make sure to tell them you’re vegan the entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable). A block down is Ben and Jerry’s get some vegan ice cream. The town is very walkable or you could take a pedicab for fun! The kids enjoyed walking the streets and playing with and meeting other kids in the various squares around town.
So many cuuuute streets in Savannah’s Historic District, including Jones Street where I took these photos 😊 I’m a sucker for cobblestone streets! And now I’m also a sucker for live oak trees with Spanish moss! 😍 #jonesstreet#savannah#mpgsavannah#mikeylentravels
