Being slow and controlled is where all the gains will come.
Rushing through a movement will only waste your time, your joints act as a "rebound" when you rush through it exercises.
If swoll is the goal, then slow and controlled is where the money is at.
This is called a Cosgrove Complex.💪🏻
My coach ❤️s it. And so do I.⠀

Mussels and clam Shazzzam! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
*recipe up now on story*
There’s something so satisfying about digging into a big ol bowl of mussels and clams. Getting right in there with your hands and opening up them shells. Using one side of the shell as a spoon and scooping up the broth and Slurping it down.
Toss in a grilled piece of golden soft and crispy bread to sop up the left over broth, and BOOM!
It’s over. Game changer.
I love this recipe. Super simple, only a handful of ingredients and you can make it up in the time that it takes you to gobble the whole thing down.
I typically tend to ignore the mussels when I’m at the G store. And then every so often when I do decide to reach for them, I’m always telling myself, dude I should have them more often.
It may be time for you to reach for them too...
#throwbackthursday Nationals is right around the corner! To be totally honest Phineas doesn’t really want to compete as much as he wants the opportunity to hit the airbag jump @coppermtn @usasasnow @originsnow
