*#MantraMarch Day 24*
One of the most prolific themes in spiritual and wellness writing is the dichotomy between Fear and Love. To be honest, I'm a pretty down-to-earth kinda gal. I like thinking and talking about spiritual systems in "rational" terms of energy and frequency, and I generally don't like to get too airy-fairy with flowery love-talk. But the more time I spend learning and living this lifestyle, the more I realise that it really is true: these are the fuelling forces behind everything. At our core, all of our emotions, decisions and actions are ultimately driven by one of these two.
Fear is restrictive. It holds us back. It generates feelings of anxiety and doubt. It creeps up and makes us second-guess our instincts, especially those that build a bubble of excitement in our gut. It comes from that ego-place within us that wants to take the easy route, the path of least resistance.
Love, on the other hand, is freeing. It lifts us up. It generates feelings of peace and joy. It gives us the courage to live a life of elation and adventure. It excites the Soul, who wants to seek and explore, to take the path less travelled just to see where it leads.
Through the Law of Attraction, the energy you emit bounces right back to you. When you generate loving energy towards all situations, people, circumstances, that Love will come back to you, in some form, always.
Through regular wellness practice and mindful attention to your reactions, you can come to recognise when they are coming from a place of Fear or Love. When you feel that fear-based resistance, you can then consciously choose to release, and come at it from a place of Love instead. No matter what challenge you face, choose to send Love to the situation, to the person, to yourSelf, and see how the struggle subsides in favour of serenity and smiles 💖
BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN HAVE IT
Manifesting starts with basic principles that are expanded upon. It starts with pure dedication and an unwavering belief that you can have it. This can pose a problem because your inner thoughts and your inner words often contradict what you are asking for. If you want to make $50K from a launch but tell yourself you’ll be happy with 30K, you’re instantly contradicting what you want. Can you think of any contradictions that are interfering with your manifestations? How can you shift it? Let me know in the comments below. 💜

Simple. Be kind. Smile at strangers. Save lives. The end. Amen. 🙏🏻 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Before you know what kindness really is
you must lose things, feel the future dissolve in a moment
like salt in a weakened broth.
What you held in your hand,
what you counted and carefully saved,
all this must go so you know
how desolate the landscape can be
between the regions of kindness.
How you ride and ride
thinking the bus will never stop,
the passengers eating maize and chicken
will stare out the window forever.
Before you learn the tender gravity of kindness,
you must travel where the
Indian in a white poncho lies dead
by the side of the road.
You must see how this could be you, how he too was someone who journeyed through the night
with plans and the simple breath
that kept him alive.
Before you know kindness
as the deepest thing inside,
you must know sorrow
as the other deepest thing.
You must wake up with sorrow.
You must speak to it till your voice
catches the thread of all sorrows
and you see the size of the cloth.
Then it is only kindness
that makes sense anymore,
only kindness that ties your shoes
and sends you out into the day
to mail letters and purchase bread,
only kindness that raises its head
from the crowd of the world to say
it is I you have been looking for,
and then goes with you every where
like a shadow or a friend. —Naomi Shihab Nye ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If there is one thing you need when trying to manifest your desires, it is imagination! If you can't imagine your life to shift into that which you desire, then you can't manifest it. One of my favorite spiritual teachers, @amy.robeson, is holding a free spiritual masterclass where she'll discuss and provide you with actionable steps in manifesting what you desire this coming Tuesday! If you'd like some tips and guidance on fine-tuning your manifestation skills, you'll want to attend this class! The link is in the bio! See you there! 💙
Each piece of you comes together into a beautiful price of art. Keep showing up as you are. Every little piece of you is a part of your intricate story.
Don’t think of yourself as anything less than the unique, creation you are.
I love you.
Anjali Mudra Position:
The Anjali Mudra is one of the easiest mudras. Simply bring the hands together at the palms with the fingers reaching upwards. The hands are pressed together firmly and evenly. If using this mudra in yoga, the hands will usually be placed in front of the heart. If in Christianity, the hands will be in front of the centre of the torso. Different religions have the hands in different positions.
In the most common form of anjali mudra, the hands are held at the heart chakra with thumbs resting lightly against the sternum. The gesture may also be performed at the Ajna or brow chakra with thumb tips resting against the “third eye” or at the crown chakra (above the head). In some yoga postures, the hands are placed in anjali mudra position to one side of the body or behind the back. Anjali mudra is normally accompanied by a slight bowing of the head. Anjali Mudra Meaning:
The Anjali Mudra means “Namaste” and is regularly used in greetings. Anjali Mudra Benefits: Bringing the palms together in the Anjali Mudra connects the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
The Anjali Mudra connects the practitioner with spirituality / god / divinity.
The mudra promotes respect for oneself and others.
The mudra is a natural remedy for stress and anxiety.
It is a useful mudra for entering into a meditative state. #gratitude#offering#spiritualjourney#spirituality#yoga#mudras#anjali#connection#divine#yogapractice#yogajourney#yogapractice#yogaeverydamnday#yogaeverywhere#yogi#igyoga#spiritualpractice#yogainspiration#yogaforbeginners#healthychoices#energy#unity#peace
