Day 12: Today was actually a really good day emotionally for me. I feel highly capable of doing this. You just have to “embrace the suck” and know things will feel better tomorrow and after spring training and in August. I can’t have Sqwincher all the time anymore cause it turns out extra sodium is making my hands and feet swell up so that’s sad. My feet are still in a lot of pain but if I touch the back edge of my heel I can’t feel it. Tomorrow the corps will have put all of the drill and music for the entire show on the field. I’m so happy that this is my ageout show and I’m really excited for it. #dciphotoaday#day12#jerseysurf#mondomondrian#ageoutrageout#springtraining#dropthehammer
The Bluecoats have moved out of IWU and are now on tour! Bus season is upon us! It was an amazing final spring training to put together an incredible show. I can’t wait to premiere it for everybody, I think it’s a great for everybody to see, no matter who you are. On our way to Detroit to be seen in theaters tomorrow! #bluecoats#springtraining#ageoutrageout
Core exercises, such as crunches, work a minimal number of muscles. However, each repetition of the rollout exercise works nearly 20 muscles as it targets your hip flexors and also involves your abs, obliques and several other muscles throughout your body.
