Very excited to be @mathallenoslo’s Blogger of the Month for May! That means I get to write 3 pieces on Norwegian food/culture from inside Mathallen in Oslo. I spent the day doing some research and let’s just say what I’ll be writing about involves a lot of beer, cheese, and beef! 🍺🥩🧀
when i took this picture, living in london was just a dream... fast forward two years & i just accepted a fashion internship there for the summer ✨• not sure if i’m most excited for my job, the tea, or percy pigs ...
In Monday's Teacup Owl Letter, I share my writing habits, and this is my latest addition - I take a break half way through my writing day and for a walk by our nearby lake.
Being in nature has such a calming and restorative effect on me. Walking around, watching the waves, resting my brain and filling the senses.
It is just what I need to get new energy to keep writing. Since I started with this habit, I've found that it's easier to stay focused and write longer without feeling fatigued afterwards. Nature really is magic! #whp🌲
If you're interested in the rest of my writing habits, check out Monday's Teacup Owl email, and if you haven't signed up yet, there's link in my bio. 💛
What creative habits do you have?
