Finally checked out the new Cafe at #thesurf Their Açaí bowls are to die for!! Açaí is very popular in Brazil. This antioxidant-rich fruit stimulates the immune system and boosts energy. But beware of the amount of sugar in these bowls. While fruits are always a healthier option, the addition of granola and even Nutella can make this a carb/calorie bomb. But for the occasional treat, it's worth it. :)
