Healthy Applesauce recipe:
✅4 apples, peeled, diced
✅ 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional to taste)
✅ squeeze of lemon
🔹peel and dice the apples 🔹place them in a pot and put enough water to just cover the apples 🔹turn on the stove to high until it starts boiling (around 2 min) then bring the heat down so it simmers until the apples get tender (12 min) 🔹turn of the stove and add the cinnamon and lemon juice and mix then leave to cook for 5 min 🔹separate the apples from its juice and place the apples in the blender and blend 🔹add the Apple water that you saved as needed until you get the consistency you desire! Enjoy!

✅ use it as a spread instead of jam
✅ replace it with oil (1:1 ratio) to cut back on calories in a baking recipe 😊
Day7! Guys I feel really really good. No cravings. No snacking. No slip ups. In fact Ive been so full I've started tracking calories just to make sure I hit 1,500 a day and not less. I do not miss meat AT ALL. One thing Im majorly noiticing is a decrease in chronic inflammation. Lunch today = slow cooked red peppers stuffed with black beans, quinoa, tomatoes and chilli with coriander, avocado and lime on the side! I'm loving using Mexican flavours in my cooking at the moment! So full of flavour! 👌🏻👍🏻
