Finally got my IG life together and made some story highlights! 🙌🏻💕
I actually watch stories way more than I look at posts these days - anyone else the same?! I can’t wait to fill em’ up and share all the things with you! Any topics I missed that you’d love to have me share about?! Let me know! ✨
Do you ever feel like nothing is good enough? Do you find yourself overlooking the good in your life, choosing instead to focus on what you’re missing? Are you tired of struggling endlessly for more, for better? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why isn’t my job good enough?
Why aren’t things going according to my plan?
Why can’t I travel as much, buy as many, look as good? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The message of contentment that @hollyswid shares on our blog deeply resonates with me because I see these nasty mindsets apparent in my own life. And I’m here to tell you, they are destructive and exhausting.
And I want no more of them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let’s try to shift into focus the gifts surrounding us. Let’s discover together that what we have and who we are CAN be enough. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you guys struggle with discontentment too? Leave me a comment below and we can talk through it together! Also, check out our recent blog post for some encouraging words. (Link in bio)
Had such an amazing lunch date with my bestie at @bouludsud Upper West Side by @danielboulud. Was personally served by Chef @travisswikard too! He was so kind during our meal and made sure the Happy Hour pastas were to our liking! (They’re half off Sunday-Thurs after 9pm, and Friday-Sat after 10)
My favorite was definitely the bottom left - Maine Lobster made with Goose Eggs Pasta 😍🍝 and the Sheep’s Milk Ravioli! Everything was just delicious, can’t wait to be back.
Vitamins. I think everyone needs them honestly. Unless you’re like, super amazing and on top of every little thing you eat, but as women I think we can all agree that we like and feel our best selves when we’re well rounded and healthy, yes? @ritual makes vitamins easy for us. Two a day, take both at breakfast or before bed and you’re set with all the nutrients you need (along with a balanced diet of course), and they’re made in a way that your body knows exactly what to do with them. Plus they’re pretty 🤷🏼♀️✨ see more in my story! 👀
I have so many good mama friends on here and new ones too that I want some thoughts on what you do with sick kiddos.
From fevers to puking any family tricks?! We are being hit with all of it at the same time.
How do you cool them down?
What helps teething? Diarrhea? Vomiting?
He’s on the up but I feel like I need to strengthen my arsenal of healing tips...
Okay, lovelies!! I am sooo excited to share this with you!!💛 I just got back from pulling 400+ 🙀 pieces of 1970’s clothing!! The story goes like this..a man purchased a woman’s home, and she had owned a clothing shop back in the day. She shut down the shop, and kept the boxes of clothing all of these years!! So many of the items came with tags on! They were uncovered when he purchased the home! I can’t tell you how excited I am to start rolling out these pieces and I thought of sooo many of you as I was pulling, just knowing how much you are going to love them!!💛💛
I read Olivia Laing’s book, The Lonely City, last year and it quickly became my favourite book of 2017. I’m so please to have finally gotten my hands on her two earlier books, now at the top of my #TBR pile. First up, The Trip To Echo Spring.

for the two bunnies playing on the street adjacent ours this morning. i watched them as they nibbled at the grass until suddenly, one seemed to become playful and chase the other. they wove themselves around cars and bushes, across the road and in circles across the lawn. at six am, witnessing that joy and playfulness, a sign to take that feeling and energy with me throughout my day.
