These brownies only call for 4 ingredients: -1 cup mashed sweet potato
-1/2 cup nut butter of choice -2 tablespoons maple syrup
-1/4 cup dairy free cocoa powder (We also added vegan dark chocolate chips because they make everything better). 1. Preheat the oven the 350 degrees, line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a blender, add the mashed sweet potato, nut butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder and mix. If using chocolate chips, just stir them through after.
3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the middle. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Tip: use as a topping for your banana nice cream 😋
UK pub chain All Bar One has launched a brand new vegan menu in collaboration with charity Veganuary.
The chain has worked with the charity - which encourages people to try veganism for the month of January - for the second year running to extend its plant-based offering.
The new menu has launched in all 52 branches of All Bar One restaurants across the UK, and will be available throughout January and February.
Among small plates, diners can choose from a Crushed Avocado & Tomato Bruschetta, a Seasonal Mushroom Tempura, Chilli Non Carne Tacos, and Padron Peppers.
Mains include a Ranbow Wrap with beetroot hummus, artichoke, fresh avocado, fire roasted peppers, and rocket leaves in a flour tortilla, and 'The Vegan' burger, which features beetroot hummus, fire roasted peppers, ancient grain bun, served with fries.
The new vegan menu also features Bowl dishes, such as the Superfood Quinoa Bowl, Greens & Grains, Supergreen Laksa, Miso Rice Bowl, and Lentil & Cashew Dahl.
Diners can also indulge in a Raspberry Sorbet or a Coconut & Vanilla Pudding.

Hi everyone 🤗 Im 26 years old. I was born in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region of Ukraine 🇺🇦 Then I have moved to Kharkov, so I consider this city as my native, as the main events of my life were going on there. I live in Luxembourg 🇱🇺 about 4 years now due to my marriage with Luxembourgish person. I met my husband in Kiev, by walking in a central street - Kreschatik. I came to Kiev to apply for a visa to New Zealand in the embassy, and my husband came for his holidays, to practice russian language, as he speaks fluent russian. So I studied psychology, but because of having 2 kids quiet early, I still couldn't get time for any job. Although, I got really many hobbies. I try to live in meditation, I try to balance my spiritual part with material environment. My big passion is a healthy food, and healthy sweets particularly, which I make by myself. Also I love modeling, photo sessions, traveling and sport.

SWIPE LEFT TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 🙌🙌⬅️⬅️ Amazing transformation by client @jesstitch 💪 14 weeks between photos. Jess starter with me back in October, started off with slow progress as she was coming to terms with tracking food properly. She's adopted the approach I like to use with clients, 80% of calories from whole foods predominantly and 20% completely flexible. I attempted this approach with my last comp prep and found it worked. Jess combines weight training with Pole as she is a Pole instructor. Her strength has also improved drastically... today she hit her PB deadlift 115kg for 3 x 2 💪 crazy strong. 5kg lost (11lbs) lost in body weight, fat percentage down by 4% and muscle up by 1kg 💪 😁
I'm sure she will definitely carry this on and have the look she wants by summer! Consistency and hard work, well done Jess.
