Still waiting for our baby boy to arrive and trying to eat healthy-ish .. This is one of our favorite 5 minute dinners using tortillas as pizza crust topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella, peppers, onion, & tomato and served with a side salad 🥗 .... To make the pizza assemble toppings on tortilla and broil on high for 3-5 mins in oven checking frequently.
Saturday Brunch. Was super easy less than ten min! Combo of good carbs and protein: pan fried @qrunchorganics vegan patty with Organic millet, quinoa, spinach, broccoli...and then an organic egg with avo and vegan pesto. All gluten and dairy free. Yum!
