🍋Lavender Lemonade Recipe
- 6 lemons, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ cup honey
- 2 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil - 3 drops Lemon Vitality
- Ice water, about 10 cups
- Lavender sprigs, optional
Combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, and Lavender Vitality in a large glass pitcher. Add water to taste. Stir until well mixed. Garnish with sprigs of lavender.
This is what a good morning looks like. Up before me, comes down and makes his own lunch. Obviously I monitor so he doesn't pack an entire box of granola bars 😂. The last two mornings however, have been bad mornings. His schedule changed recently as his dad got a new job so has to drop him off at school earlier than usual. This has thrown his routine out of wack. This morning I ended up keeping him home as he had another meltdown. It started over his pants were too long, then his breakfast wasn't right. After calming him down and talking I found out his EA wasnt going to be at the school today. Also throwing his routine out. We've had some great talks, cuddle time and he's made some very creative structures out of Lego. Remember even as adults we have bad days, and it's totally ok to have a day of rest now and again. Let them get refreshed and start over new tomorrow.
Everyone’s all about #nevermissamonday but to me it’s the midweek workouts that invite me to skip them. They tell me I’m too tired to bother and should sleep/eat/shower instead. I look a hot mess, I’m still wearing what I wore to bed last night, but the workout’s ✔️
